Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the services offered by Luxe Leads (Karrma LLC) ("Luxe Leads," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our website or engaging our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our Services.

1. Services

Luxe Leads provides digital advertising management, lead generation, and marketing services primarily for real estate professionals. Specific services, deliverables, timelines, and fees are outlined in a separate Service Agreement or proposal signed between Luxe Leads and the client ("Client").

2. Client Responsibilities

By engaging our Services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information necessary to perform the Services.

  • Grant us access to required advertising accounts, platforms, and assets in a timely manner.

  • Review and approve ad creatives, copy, and targeting parameters before launch.

  • Comply with all applicable platform policies (Meta, Google, etc.) and applicable laws.

  • Not hold Luxe Leads liable for ad account suspensions caused by your own prior violations or policy breaches.


3. Fees and Payment

  • All fees are outlined in the applicable Service Agreement or proposal.

  • Payment is due as specified (typically monthly in advance for retainer agreements).

  • Late payments may result in suspension of Services.

  • All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the Service Agreement.

  • Ad spend budgets are separate from service fees and are the sole responsibility of the Client.

4. No Guarantee of Results

Luxe Leads does not guarantee specific results, including but not limited to a specific number of leads, appointments, closings, or return on ad spend. Digital advertising performance depends on many variables including market conditions, ad platform algorithms, budget, and client responsiveness. We commit to professional, good-faith effort in executing all campaigns.

5. Intellectual Property

All creative assets, strategies, reports, and materials produced by Luxe Leads remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon receipt of full payment, you are granted a non-exclusive license to use campaign materials created specifically for your account. You grant Luxe Leads the right to use campaign results and anonymized data for portfolio and marketing purposes unless you request otherwise in writing.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive business information shared during the engagement. This obligation survives termination of the Service Agreement.

7. Term and Termination

  • Services are provided on a month-to-month or contract basis as specified in your Service Agreement.

  • Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice as specified in the Service Agreement (typically 30 days).

  • Luxe Leads reserves the right to terminate Services immediately for non-payment, abusive conduct, or violation of these Terms.

  • Upon termination, you will retain ownership of your ad accounts and data. Luxe Leads will provide a reasonable transition period.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Luxe Leads shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Services. Our total liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to Luxe Leads in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Luxe Leads and its officers, agents, and employees from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting the updated Terms on our website. Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with any signed Service Agreement, constitute the entire agreement between you and Luxe Leads regarding the Services and supersede all prior agreements or understandings.
